When will my order be delivered?
ByHappyMe’s objective is that the customer receives their delivery within 1-3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the amount of orders to be processed and on circumstances out of Bygappyme's control. During holidays, a longer delivery time must be expected.
Where/how do I get my package?
When your order is sent from Byhappyme, you get a delivery confirmation sent to your email address.
Your order will be sent as:
1. Delivery home address (ex. Track & Trace)
Your order will be sought delivered to your home as handouts. If you are not at home when the postman comes by, you will get a leaflet with information about where you can pick up the package. Remember to bring your shipment number and a legitimation.

Remember to bring your shipment number and legitimation. Your package delivered with T&T will be provided with a tracking number that you can search on the internet.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, if the order is sent as a package, you will find the tracking number in the delivery confirmation is sent to your email address.
My package is not delivered - is my package insured?
Byhappyme is not liable for non-delivery with shipping method without Track & Trace. If you have selected the shipping method with Track & Trace, the package is insured. If you have not received your package sent with a Track & Trace, you have to contact the distribution company. Byhappyme will always help you finding your tracking number.
If a package is not picked up or can not be delivered because an incorrect address, Byhappyme has the right to charge the customer £ 12 to cover the costs in relation with the non-delivery. If you change your mind when the order has already shipped, you need to accept the order anyway and then send the order back to us. If the package is not accepted or retrieved within 14 days, it will be sent back to us and recorded as unclaimed package and you will be charged accordingly.
Can I change my order/delivery address after the order is confirmed?
No, once the payment is confirmed, you can no longer make changes. Therefore it is always a good idea to check if the order, contact and delivery information are correct before the order is confirmed.
Can all items be returned?
Our returning policy covers only products which are not personalized. There is no return possibility with personalized items.
How many days can I return my order?
You have 30 days to return your order from the day you receive it. If you as a customer want to use your 30-day return policy, the article may not be used, the packaging must be intact, labels must still sit on the item and the item must also be in good condition. Who pays the return?
The customer pays in most cases for the return. If Byhappyme has sent an incorrect or defective product, we will of course pay for return postage.
How long does it take before I get my money refunded?
You should expect that it may take up to 2 weeks after you send your item back to our warehouse. If you have paid by credit card, it may take up to 5 business days before the amount is refunded on your card.
What happens if I do not get my package?
For all packages that are not picked up, you will be charged a fee of £14. The fee covers the cost of processing fee, the returning and the handling. If you regret your order when the order is sent from us, you must accept it from the postman or collect it at the post office / pick-up location and then return the package to us. If the package is not received or collected, it is automatically registered as unclaimed and will be charged accordingly.
My product is defective/wrong - what do I do?
If your item is defective, or we have delivered incorrect items, please contact our customer service. If you can already se any lack or default when the carrier wishes to make the delivery, you should refuse the package. When you call customer service, please provide the order number and describe what's wrong with the product. In case of a defective or damaged item, documentation has to be mailed to our customer service. This is mandatory and can not be waived. You are not responsible for costs associated with the returning of defective goods or wrong goods. We will refund course the purchase price and original shipping costs when we receive the product. If you want us to deliver a similar product t and if we are able to do so, we will not refund your original delivery cost.
