Baby helmet with snap closure at the neck in 100% merino wool from Byhappyme

The baby helmet from Byhappyme is made from 100% organic merino wool because only the best is good enough for little ones. Our baby helmet with snaps is carefully designed to ensure a perfect fit that gently envelops your baby's head and ears, creating a feeling of security and comfort.

A fit that works in practice

At Byhappyme, we know how important the design of a baby helmet is. It should fit perfectly and fit the head without being too tight and uncomfortable. A helmet should also not rotate in use so that most of the face is covered by the helmet and the baby has no visibility. We've thought of everything. The fit is perfect and fits snugly on the head without sliding around in use. At the same time, the helmet has two small push buttons for adjustment under the chin. It's practical and easy to use, and it's great that it can expand a little as the baby grows.

Less colds and illness when babies wear wool?

Several studies suggest that babies and children who wear wool are less susceptible to colds and illness. This may be because the material regulates temperature naturally and can absorb quite large amounts of moisture, which keeps the baby dry so they are not exposed to large temperature fluctuations during the day. Active play, sedentary activity and active play again can cause temperature fluctuations that can lead to colds and illness. Wool clothing can help prevent this.

Merino wool has many benefits - temperature regulating

The push-button helmet is made in a lightweight and thin quality, making it ideal for hot days or for babies who are naturally warm. The unique properties of Merino wool ensure your baby is comfortable in all weather conditions. The material is naturally temperature regulating and keeps warm without overheating.

No less than 3 certifications for your child's safety

Our push-button helmet is stamped with three important certifications: OEKO-TEX, GOTS and Woolmark. The OEKO-TEX certification ensures that the product is free from harmful chemicals and completely safe for your baby's skin. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification confirms that the wool used is organic and produced under socially responsible conditions. The Woolmark certification recognizes the high quality of the pure new wool we use in our products.

Airing - a good alternative to washing

To preserve the life and appearance of the wool body, airing is an excellent alternative to frequent washing. Merino wool fibres have natural antibacterial properties that prevent odours and bacteria from penetrating the fabric. This means that the bodysuit with American closure can be used several times between washes, which saves you time and reduces wear and tear, extending the life of the garment. A thorough airing is often enough and helps refresh the wool, keeping it looking and smelling great for longer. This is not only more convenient, but also more sustainable as it reduces water and energy consumption when washing. Even after many months of use, the bodysuit will look almost new if cared for properly.

Avoid soaking

Wool is a natural material known for its thermal insulation and softness, but requires gentle care. Soaking can damage the fibres of wool by weakening or shrinking them. Therefore, wash wool gently on 800 revolutions in the washing machine with mild wool detergent and avoid prolonged soaking.
