Can all items bee returns?
You are only able to return items that have not been personalized.
You cannot return a personalized item.What is the return period?
You have a 30 day return period which starts the day that you receive your order.

If Byhappyme has sent a wrong or faulty item, we will of course pay for the return delivery costs.
If you want to return your goods for another reason, Byhappyme does not offer return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?It can take up to 2 weeks for your item to reach our warehouse. If you have paid by card it can take 1-5 working days for the refund to reach your account.

Faulty or incorrect items.
My goods are faulty/incorrect - what do I do?
If your item is faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product, please get in touch with our customer service team right HERE or by phone 02039 364 399.
If you are able to determine at the time of delivery that the item is wrong/faulty, you should not accept the delivery.
When you get in touch with our customer service team you will need to provide us with the order number and explain to us what is wrong with the item.
In the case of a damaged or faulty item, you will need to send photographic proof to the customer service team.
This is mandatory and cannot be waived.
You are not responsible for the costs associated with the return of faulty or incorrect items.Once we have received the goods, we will of course refund you the full amount as well as the initial delivery costs.
If you would like us to send you a similar replacement and we are able to do so, then we will not refund you the original delivery costs.
