  What is the cost of delivery? 

  At Byhappyme delivery is free for all orders over £49. 

  There are two delivery options:

  a. Free delivery on orders over £49
  If your order is over £49 you get free delivery. 
  The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. 
  Royal Mail will deliver letters and parcels to your door. 
  The order will be sent with Royal Mail Track & Trace and can be tracked HERE.
  The shipment is insured and free. 
  
  

  b. Royal Mail - home delivery with Track & Trace, £5,95
  The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. 
  Royal Mail will deliver letters and parcels to your door. 
  The order will be sent with Royal Mail Track & Trace and can be tracked HERE
  Shipping is insured and costs £ 5.95
  
  
  Generel information:
  The delivery time is 1-3 working days. We ship your order within 12-24 hours. 
  If you order before 1pm on a working day your order will be shipped that same day (this also applies to personalized items). 

  PLEASE NOTE! This does not apply to name tags which have a 2-4 day delivery time. 
  At weekends and on bank holidays delivery will take longer. 
  If you order on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped the following Monday.

• Track & Trace

  Can I track my parcel?

  Yes! 
  Byhappyme always ships with Track & Trace, so that the parcel can be tracked. 

  You can find the tracking number in the shipment confirmation which is sent to you by email after the parcel has been dispatched.

  You can always contact Byhappyme to find out when your package was shipped and whether it has been returned to us. 

• Missing delivery

  My Parcel have not been delivered - is my parcel ensured?

  All shipments are insured and are sent with Track & Trace. 

   

  We are also happy to provide you with the tracking number or to help if your package has not been delivered.

  How do I receive my parcel? 

  Royal Mail - Track & Trace - home delivery.

  All items to the UK are shipped with Track & Trace and are sent to the delivery address that you provide. 

  If you're not home when the package arrives, the package will be brought to the nearest delivery point. 

  You will receive a message where the package can be picked up.
  If not, please contact Royal Mail.

  The delivery time can vary slightly depending on the number of orders to be fulfilled as well as circumstances outside of Byhappyme’s control. 

  Please expect longer delivery times during bank holidays.   

• Track & Trace

  I have not received my tracking number.

  When your order is sent from Byhappyme, you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to your email address with a tracking number on your package. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam filter.

• Package not received.

  I have not received my package - what do I do?
