Can I amend my order?

We work at speed to ensure that your items get to you quickly. It is therefore not possible to amend the order once it has been placed, so do double check everything thoroughly before completing your order.

 
It is only possible to cancel your order within 30 minutes after your order is placed.

 
Please write right HERE with the subject ‘CANCELLATION OF ORDERS’ or contact us on telephone 02039 364 399 as soon as possible during our opening hours.

 
It is only possible to cancel an order if Byhappyme has not started packing your order.
