I regret my order, what to do?

You regret your order by giving us a clear message, within 14 days, right HERE or by phone to 02039 364 399.

There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing items that are personalized.

If you regret your order once the items have already been shipped you should accept or collect the delivery and then return it to us. 

If the parcel is not accepted upon delivery, or not collected at the collection point, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed and will be debited accordingly.
