With this Philips Avent microwave steam steriliser you can kill 99.9% of bacteria in just 2 minutes. The appliance fits in the vast majority of microwaves. You can sterilise up to 4 Philips Avent baby bottles at once. The steriliser can also be used for items such as cutlery, dummies, and much more. The appliance is very safe. A safety clip protects the lid and your items are kept sterile with no risk of fire. If the lid is kept on, the contents can remain sterile for up to 24 hours. 

Follow the Philips Avent appliance instructions. A manual is included, which contains the following details regarding use: 

2 minute sterilisation is at 1200-1850 W. At 850-1100 W it takes 4 minutes, and at 500-800 W it takes 6 minutes.
