I have not received my order yet, what to do?

If your package has disappeared or you have not received your order, please contact your local post office.

You have chosen a delivery with Track & Trace and you have the option of tracking your package. You automatically receive an email from when we ship your items. This email contains the tracking number of your order. As soon as Royal Mail has scanned this number, you can trace your package.
