My goods are faulty/incorrect - what do I do? 

If your item is faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product, please get in touch with our customer service team right HERE or by phone 02039 364 399.

If you are able to determine at the time of delivery that the item is wrong/faulty, you should not accept the delivery. 

When you get in touch with our customer service team you will need to provide us with the order number and explain to us what is wrong with the item.

In the case of a damaged or faulty item, you will need to send photographic proof to the customer service team. 

This is mandatory and cannot be waived.  

You are not responsible for the costs associated with the return of faulty or incorrect items. 

Once we have received the goods, we will of course refund you the full amount as well as the initial delivery costs. 

If you would like us to send you a similar replacement and we are able to do so, then we will not refund you the original delivery costs.
